Assist the assembly manager to execute production plans, lead a team to achieve productivity goals, on time delivery and ensure operation efficiency improvement;

Monitor and review assembly team performance according to quality, safety and environment standards and act towards continuous improvement;
■ 根据质量、安全和环境标准，监督和审查装配团队的绩效，并采取持续改进措施；
Resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost;
■ 解决生产问题，提高产品可靠性，降低成本；
Cooperate with quality department to improve process and optimize routine related assembly function, with an understanding of Lean Manufacturing;
■ 与质量部合作，改进工艺，优化日常装配功能，了解精益制造；
Coordinate order scheduling and assembling requirements, and provide capacity and raw materials requirement report proactively;
■ 协调订单调度和装配需求，主动提供产能和原材料需求报告；
Provide leadership that will enable subordinate personnel to grow and independently maintain and improve their work areas;
■ 提供领导，使下属人员能够成长并独立维护和改进其工作空间；
Create and implement material schedules to support subsequent manufacturing needs as well as assembly and service requirements;
■ 制定并实施材料计划，以支持后续的制造需求以及装配和服务需求；
Work together with cross functions to achieve expected productivity and quality goal.
