【Overview】
Self-priming underwater aerator for municipal and industrial wastewater and water treatment. The main application fields include mixing and balancing tank, activated sludge tank, SBR (sequencing batch reactor) and sludge storage tank.
FAJ submerged aerator is suitable for all gas-liquid reactions with temperature below 70 degree C (158 degree F) and absolute pressure below 2 bar (29 psi).
Application in mixing and balancing ponds of sewage and water treatment: balancing the pollution load and amount of wastewater, and avoiding odor problems. Activated sludge tank and SBR reactor: biodegradation of organic matter. Sludge stabilization: avoid odor problems and further oxidation of organic matter. Flotation: Flotation of oil and grease. Lagoon aeration: improve natural aeration. Neutralization: Use carbon dioxide or flue gas to neutralize alkaline wastewater. Special use: aerate with pure oxygen or ozone. The diving aerator is located at the bottom of the pool without anchorage. In order to carry out maintenance and inspection work, mobile crane can be used to lift aerator.
