■ Assist the assembly manager to execute production plans, lead a team to achieve productivity goals, on time delivery and ensure operation efficiency improvement;
■ Monitor and review assembly team performance according to quality, safety and environment standards and act towards continuous improvement;
■ Resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost;
■ Cooperate with quality department to improve process and optimize routine related assembly function, with an understanding of Lean Manufacturing;
■ Coordinate order scheduling and assembling requirements, and provide capacity and raw materials requirement report proactively;
■ Provide leadership that will enable subordinate personnel to grow and independently maintain and improve their work areas;
■ Create and implement material schedules to support subsequent manufacturing needs as well as assembly and service requirements;
■ Work together with cross functions to achieve expected productivity and quality goal.
