Production assistant

Job responsibilities

■ Assist the assembly manager to implement the production plan, lead the team to achieve the production objectives, deliver goods on time, and ensure the improvement of production efficiency;

■ monitor and review the performance of the assembly team according to quality, safety and environmental standards, and take continuous improvement measures;

■ solve production problems, improve product reliability and reduce costs;

■ cooperate with quality department to improve process, optimize daily assembly function and understand lean manufacturing;

■ coordinate order scheduling and assembly requirements, and proactively provide production capacity and raw material demand reports;

■ provide leadership to enable subordinates to grow and independently maintain and improve their work space;

■ develop and implement material plans to support subsequent manufacturing and assembly and service requirements;

■ work with cross functional departments to achieve desired productivity and quality objectives.

Job Requirements

■ Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, automation or related;

■ At least 5 years of manufacturing, production or assembly experience, or at least 3 years of management experience. Mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred;

■ Familiar with 5S, lean management, etc;

■ Good analytical and problem solving skills;

■ Strong written and oral communication skills in English;

■ Good team spirit, good interpersonal and leadership skills;

■ Proficient in word, PowerPoint, Excel, sap and other computer operation skills is preferred.
